Notes on accommodation
For rentals later in the year the property benefits from full central heating,
which is available at additional cost.
As the property has shutters to the windows it remains pleasantly cool
throughout the summer months.
Kids love the basement to play in, also provides a bit of peace for Mum & Dad!!

Outside
Landscaped gardens to 3 sides. Pool with patio, and barbecue area, for the
exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated if required which is available
at additional cost. There is ample parking on the drive for up to 5 cars. Local
riding school,offers those of you with an interest in horses the opportunity to
see more of the local area on horseback.
Coast/Beach
20 minutes by car.

Travel
Approximately 20 minutes by car to Faro airport.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
Loule is a 5 minute drive from Casa Gerardo. All amenities are close by
restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. Sao Bras is 10 minutes in the other
direction.
Booking notes
20% booking deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday. A security
deposit of £300 is required for this property to be held on file and returned to
you 7 days after departure subject to no loss or damage.
